PRE-ORDER means that the product is not currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item sells out.

The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your size without the item becoming sold out. 

Production time can vary but this will be specified in the product's description.

Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you. In an event where the occasion dress is not required, a store credit will be issued instead not a refund. So please take extra care when placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE The Total order of any Pre Ordered Items purchased with items available will be held untill ALL styles are available for dispatch and will be sent together. If you wish to avoid any delays with your items available you will need to purchase them items separately.
